Key Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial and contractual performance of MEP packages on major data centre projects.
Deliver value-for-money solutions, ensuring compliance with commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.
Provide cost planning, estimating, procurement, and post-contract services.
Support the team with environmental, health, safety, and quality compliance.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Mentor and manage junior team members to foster a high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related technical discipline.
MRICS accreditation (or working towards it).
Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical Cost Management within the construction industry.
Previous data centre project experience is highly desirable.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on client delivery.
Prior experience with a consultancy, contractor, or client-side organisation.
Ability to work in Amsterdam – EU passport or existing right to work required.
